Project Manager SIGN-ON BONUS

Our Nuclear division based in Brea, CA is growing their Valves team! We are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to lead domestic and international projects to successful completion for our nuclear power customers. As the Project Manager, you will function as the customers primary point of contact during the project lifecycle, interfacing with various internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure execution of all project deliverables and requirements. You will have a hand in success from proposal to customer acceptance phases.

Location: Brea, CA (Hybrid)

Salary Range: $102,900 - $137,150 annually

Your Challenge:

  • Evaluate project requirements and define project plan to execute within scope, schedule, and budget.

  • Contribute to the creation and management of overarching project plans to ensure requirements and goals are attained.

  • Coordinate project activities across multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Responsible for full lifecycle project management tasks including schedule, budget, and scope management for respective assigned projects.

  • Primary interface to customers (internal and external).

  • Gather information from project team, prepare project status briefs, and present to management and/or customers on regular schedules, including schedule and budget performance.

  • Identify and actively manage project risk items.

  • Collaborate with management team to develop, implement, and improve organizational processes in compliance with company policies and procedures.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years experience leading technical projects preferred; minimum 3 years will be considered.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline required.

  • Valve or Actuation experience highly preferred.

  • Six Sigma or PMP certification desired.

  • Must understand project management process and procedures, planning and scheduling methods, and budget management as well as the ability to organize, schedule, and coordinate workloads to meet established milestones and budgets.
