HR Administrator

We are looking for an HR Administrator to join our team in Brecksville!

You will be responsible for performing routine professional human resource functions in areas such as recruitment & onboarding, compensation, employee relations, training and development, EEO/Affirmative Action and benefits & payroll administration.

Location: Brecksville, OH

Your Challenge:

  • Work closely with HR management team in the implementation of corporate policies related to human resources, organizational and employee development at the business unit or division level.

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding, compensation, employee relations, training and development

  • Process changes in employee status, pay, benefits etc., by collecting completed forms, getting correct approval signatures, ensuring data is complete

  • Enter data into HRIS (Workday) and sending to affected departments in a timely fashion

  • Support and administer compensation objectives, manpower goals, personnel policies, and procedures

  • May counsel employees concerning work-related problems and conduct termination interviews, providing feedback to management when necessary

  • Maintain records for EEO and affirmative action reporting requirements

  • Assists with the development of position descriptions and employee handbooks

  • May conduct research and analyzes data on assigned HR-related projects

  • Participate and influence C3 Culture (Celebrate. Connect. Contribute)

Your Expertise:

  • 1+ years of HR Admin work experience

  • Experience in Manufacturing work environment is preferred

  • Associate degree in HR related discipline preferred

  • Strong critical thinking / analytical skills.

  • Strong communication (written and oral), organization and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to set priorities, work independently, and bring issues to resolution.
