Lead Quality Specialist
We are looking for an experienced Lead Quality Specialist to join our PacStar and Parvus team in Portland OR .
As our Lead Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for the compliance of the Quality Management System. You will monitor the flow of material through the manufacture/test process and final inspection. You will be responsible for the coordination of the Material Review Board and overseeing the Corrective Action Process.

Your Challenge:
Performs data pack and shipping document review
Host Source Inspection and On site Customer Quality Meetings
Liase with Vendors on Quality Related issues
Reviews inspection/test failure and rejection reports to identify project failure trends and provides recommendations for corrective action
Inspection of machined products, PCBA’s and related hardware
Development of inspection plans
Performs system and process audits including ESD and FOD audits
Perform Inspections duties – Goods Inwards, In process and Final
Guidance of Quality Inspectors
What You Bring:
Proficient in the interpretation of complex engineering drawings, schematics and process plans
Must be eligible for a Security Clearance
IPC 610 certified
4-6 years of experience in a similar role
Internal auditor certification to AS9100D or equivalent
Use of Microsoft office software and SAP
